A smaller first outing
Use the Louvre and Notre-Dame as anchors for a central walk, with the Seine helping you keep your bearings. Choose just one anchor if your time is limited.
France · Self-guided collecting
Paris’s four curated landmarks are not one compact loop. Choose a central Seine walk around the Louvre and Notre-Dame, or a separate west-side outing around the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. A museum visit deserves its own time budget.
Start with the museum’s surroundings. An outdoor walk is not a museum reservation, and courtyards can have access controls.
Continue towards Île de la Cité. Check the cathedral’s current visitor arrangements separately from your collecting route.
Make the tower the anchor of the west-side outing. Allow extra time for security and any booked visit.
Use the designated pedestrian access. Never cross the traffic circle to reach a Charm pin.
Passported is free to download, with optional in-app purchases. It does not include attraction tickets, transport or permission to enter private areas. A Charm may be unavailable if its pin cannot be reached safely and legally. Never cross a barrier, road or waterway just to claim it.
